A: Yes, we run a ghost store and wholesale business for ghost hunting equipment. We sell a wide selection of ghost hunting instruments at the best prices on the market. On the Hearse Ride tours, each adult tour guest is guaranteed to get to use a "ghost detection device" (K2 EMF meter) throughout the tour. On the walking Haunted Pub Tour the tour guide brings one of those devices that you will see in action and if you ask you are welcome to try it out yourself.

Q: What is your relationship to TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) and GHI (Ghost Hunters International) ?
A: We met with the founders of TAPS, Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson, when they were filming an investigation at the St. Augustine Lighthouse. We sponsored them with K2 EMF meters that they since then have frequently used on their SCI-FI TV SHOW "THE GHOST HUNTERS". See the photos below.

Since we were first with discovering the unique capacity of K-II (K2) meters and are the master distributor for these fantastic meters we were also invited to meet with Rob Demarest and Dustin Pari from GHI (Ghost Hunters International) when they were here in St. Augustine for a paranormal investigation of the St. Augustine Lighthouse. A: Our Hearse Ride tour have been featured on their Orlando Channel 27 ghost show and have been invited to join them on paranormal investigations. We have also assisted them with research on locations to investigate in St. Augustine and we have provided them with K2 EMF meters for use on their TV show.

A: Dr. Harry Stafford has studied the paranormal subject for over 30 years and has concentrated his focus on St. Augustine since 2002. A: Not to drive yourself, but we’ll be glad to park it in front of your house for Halloween or for a birthday party.
Q: Do you cancel the tour if it rains or due to any other weather conditions?
A: The tours depart as normal rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. The only reasons we would cancel due to weather would be if there is a Hurricane or Tornado Warning.
Q: Do you refund me if I didn’t like the tour?
A: We have an exchange policy. If you didn’t like the tour and present a receipt as proof of purchase within 7 days and explain to us in writing why you didn’t like the tour, you will get tickets to go on another one of our tours or store merchandise matching the price you paid for the ticket or tickets.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Call us and we hold your reservation with a major credit card and you pay when you arrive 15 min before tour departure with cash or credit card.
Q: If I have paid for my tickets (or/and made a reservation), how will I then get my tickets?
A: We have your name on the list of purchased tickets and your reservation nr that you are reserved under. When you check in for the tour (min 15 minutes before the departure time), then you will get your tickets.
Q: Where do I go to get the tickets and where does the tour start?
A: If you have not made any special arrangements for pick up or received any other instructions, then you go to either Beerhammer’s at 162 St. George Street or to GhoSt Augustine at 123 St. George Street.

Q: Am I allowed to take pictures on the tour?
A: Yes, please do. Ghosts are known to pose for pictures, so please take lots of pictures!

A: You will need written permission to film the entire tour. You are allowed to film parts of the tour.

Q: Is there any of your tours that we can be certain of that there will not be any children on the tour?
A: Yes. There are 2 tours that requires guests to be minimum 21 years old and 1 tour that has a 13 year old minimum age. - The Pub Hearse Ride has a minimum age of 21 years old. - The 9:30 pm Saturday night walking Haunted Pub Tour has a minimum age of 21 years old. This requirement is also valid for those busy nights that we also offer a 9:30 pm Friday night walking HPT and Friday or Saturday 9 pm walking HPT. - The 11:30 pm "Midnight" Hearse Ride Tour requires guests to be minimum 13 years old.
Q: Does one have to be 21 or older to go on the walking Haunted Pub Tour?
A: No. Drinking alcohol is not a requirement to enjoy the Haunted Pub Tour! Therefore you are allowed to join the tour even if you are under 21 years old as long as you go on the 8:30 pm Haunted Pub Tour and understand that even though we 99% of the time do not have any problems getting you in to the haunted taverns, we can’t guarantee anyone under the age of 21 years old (or anyone who is very intoxicated for that matter) entrance to a "watering hole" since that decision ultimately belongs to the staff of each pub. Their policy could change from one night to the other, so if you would be disallowed to enter, please do not blame your tour guide.
You go on the HPT at your own risk, no matter the age. We have a limited nr of people we take on the tour and we don’t refund due to the fact that you were not allowed to enter an establishment or for the reason that somebody (including the staff) was rude to you. These are real pubs we go to and it can get crowded and as anywhere else in society, people might treat you harshly.
Q: Can I bring my pet on the tour?
A: For consideration of our other tour guests we ask you not to bring your pet. If you must bring your pet, then please make it a private group tour and we will see if the pet will be comfortable and safe in the Hearse for the Hearse Ride tour. On the pub tours, it is up to the pub staff to whether they will allow any pets in their pubs. They serve food at most places, so it is most likely not a good idea to bring a pet on any of our pub tours even if you make it a private group tour.
Q: How long do you stay in each pub on the Haunted Pub Tour and the Pub Hearse Ride?
A: Typically on average about 30-40 minutes.
Q: How many pubs do you go to?
A: The walking Haunted Pub Tour, we usually make it to 4 pubs. Our Haunted Pub Tours are approximately 2.5 hours long. The Pub Hearse Ride usually goes to 3 pubs sine this tour spends more time driving around out to the Lighthouse and unique stops downtown. On the Pub Hearse Ride you can bring your own bottles in the hearse since there is a partition between the driver and the passengers.
Q: Can you drink in the hearse?
A: On the Pub Hearse Ride you can drink whatever you like. You can bring your own bottles. We do not supply any drinks since we are not a bar. Due to the partition between the driver and the guests it is legal to consume alcoholic beverages on the Pub Hearse Ride. On the regular Hearse Ride tour you are allowed to bring water to drink.
Q: Can you eat in the hearse?
A: If you pay for a private tour, Yes. Otherwise for consideration of other guests, do not eat in the hearse. Please eat before you come out on the tour.
Q: Do we have time to eat at the pubs we visit on the Haunted Pub Tours?
A: Generally no, unless you make your orders before the tour start and find out from the guide exactly where we will be at what time otherwise at best you would only have time for a quick appetizer since the pubs are often busy and sometimes the kitchens are closed by the time we reach a pub stop. It is not recommended to dine on the Haunted Pub Tours. If you make the tour a private tour, then yes it could be possible since we will try to make special arrangements for you.
Q: What is your cancellation policy regarding a reservation?
A: Any group of 6 people or more or any reservation for the Pub Hearse Ride tour requires a cancellation to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. The Hearse Ride tour and walking Haunted Pub Tour for reservations between 1 to 5 people requires a minimum of 5 hours notice to cancel a tour. If you cancel your reservation on time you will not be charged.
Q: What is your cancellation policy regarding purchased tickets?
A: This applies to all tickets sales (that is on-line, in-store, or anywhere). In other words we do not refund purchases of tickets or merchandise. We have an exchange policy. If you didn’t like the tour and have a receipt that proves your purchase and explain to us in writing within 7 days of the tour date why, you will get tickets to go on another one of our tours or store merchandise matching the price you paid for the ticket or tickets.
Q: If I bought tickets and change my mind or something comes up that prevents me from going to St. Augustine that day, what do I do then?
